Refund Policy (For Carbon Offsets & Digital Services)

Overview Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of carbon offsetting, our refund policy differs from traditional e-commerce stores. We deal in digital certifications and real-world environmental impact, not physical goods.

Carbon Offsets & One-Time Purchases All purchases of carbon offsets, tree planting, and plastic removal are final and non-refundable.

• Why? Once your purchase is made, the funds are immediately allocated to the respective environmental project, and the carbon credits are often "retired" (permanently taken off the market) in your name. This process cannot be reversed.

Exceptions (Billing Errors) We will issue a full refund immediately in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for a single transaction due to a technical error.

• You were charged after you had already received a cancellation confirmation email.
